Exthausiva - 7 Tracks - SD-092

'7 Tracks' is the title of this 63 minute long LP, recorded by Exthausiva, the musical alias of Esteban Cavalieri. Born 1974 in argentina, it took him a mere 20 years till he started to experiment with electronic music, be it as an underground DJ in Buenos Aires, doing collabs for remixes or being part in a collective full of artists. Nowadays not only does he record and produce his experimental music, but also live in Capilla del Monte in Córdoba.

stəˈkæs.tɪk ˈmjuː•zɪk - Before The Law - SD-091

This time we are publishing the record 'Before the Law' by stəˈkæs.tɪk ˈmjuː•zɪk (Stochastic Music). Gianni Pereta and Christiano d'Avena are the two artist behind this project, which they founded 2014 in rome. Inspired by the works of Jannis Xenakis and Karl Heinz Stockhausen, this project serves as an outlet to create contemporary classical music, combined with dark ambient and some experimental techno. Another member of the band would be, as abstract as it sounds, stochastical methods, e.g. probabilites, statistical mechanics and so on, which influence their compositions and therefore, contrary to the precision of drum computers and such, makes the music sound more alive.

Fabio Keiner - Opus Zero - SD-090

At the end of the year we are very happy to present you another work of Fabio Keiner. The work with the title "Opus Zero" is already his third publication on Spheredlic. You can expect four tracks of the Dark Ambient, which fit seamlessly into his many works. The more than 50 minutes of playing time are carried by a basic meditative mood and offer many interesting sound modulations.

Accent Aigu - Not Yet - SD-089

The year 2017 draws closer to its end, but not the catalogue of our free releases! This time, we are pleased to welcome Accent Aigu with yet another release, called 'Not Yet', on our netlabel Spheredelic. The project Accent Aigu has been founded in 2011 and is the collaboration of Max Gael Martin (Kazakstan) and Izgina (USA). Since then they have released quite the amount of records and eps on different labels already, having a very broad spectrum of musical genres they cover.

The album "In Memory of Roman Tate: Selections" is about the diaries of the fictional journalist "Roman Tate". The listener accompanies Roman on his excursions to the criminal underworld of Buenos Aires in the 1970s. The story is prepared purely musically and comes without narrative means.

Jimmy Watt Abarca - From The Dissection Table To Moderato - SD-087

For our next release on the spheredelic netlabel, we do have once more some electronic soundworks from the Southern Americas. 'From the dissection table / to moderato' ist the title of the record, as well as its only track, which is 41 minutes long. The artist behind this work is Jimmy Watt Abarca, a Visual artist and 'Sononaut' from Santiago de Chile, fiddling around with instruments and sounds since well over 20 years. And as per any great musician, he did fiddle around with all kinds of genres, be it from noise and industrial over to ambient and narrative song structures.

Superalma Project - Non Genesis - SD-086

This release has a specific narrative to tell, a counterpart to the biblical story of creation of all mankind, the genesis. In our modern world, where someone like Trump gets elected President, where the Alt-Right movement is gaining popularity, where innocent people have to suffer under religious terrorism, we need some kind of new beginning, a Anti-Genesis or Non-Genesis, cleansing the whole world. Fitting to this theme are also the titles of this two-part LP, 'The Self-Disembowelment of God' aswell as 'The Skies Above Declare the Death of God's Purpose for Mankind', having thematical and a bit musical similarities to TOOLs ∆nema.

The second release in August is titled "Tha" and is a production of the Albanian musician and composer "Bledi Boraku". In addition to the self-taught passages, many guest musicians have also contributed their part to the work. The resulting musicis experimental and can be described as Ambient with folkloristic and jazzy character. But not only friends of these genres should listen! In this interesting Album you will find many different styles and influences and for the inclined listener is offered a lot of variety.

The first Release in August is titled "Electric Necropolis [A New Epitaph]" and is a co-production of the French artist Julien A. Lacroix and the Chilean combo Humanfobia. The music comes from the genres Avantgarde, Experimental and Dark-Noise. Although other genres are touched, but the term "Ghost-Drone" is the best.

The album titled "Salmandra" is very special, because the pseudonym "Solomon Keys" is tied with a special story: Konstantin can only move his head. But with his head he is using a computer to interact with his environment. The music has sprung from the artist's mind in a very direct way.

Our first july release goes by the title of „Sonnwave“, the Artist, releasing under his real name, behind this is named Jared Sagar. In the beginning of his musical endeavors, he focused mainly on the sound and sample itself, before starting to modify them, tear them apart and rearrange them, to give each sound the exposure it needs. Hence, if we have to give his musical style a name, experimental/field recordings/ambient/drone/noise/micro sounds/electronica would be fitting.

The summer is here and we are happy about long days and pleasant temperatures. At the end of June we present you a work whose idea arose in the cold winter months. The inspiration for the project titled "Tuhaw" came into the mind of the artist "Zeffon" in January, in the deepest winter - on his way to work. "Tuhaw" is derived from the word "Thaw" and means the effect that is caused by retreating cold in the urban area.
